Sound Infrastructure
Our company has sound infrastructure facility and it is based in a prime site of Ambala. From manufacturing to warehousing and quality control to research & development, we have all the required departments and facilities that are necessary for smooth as well as effective working. All these units are well equipped and dedicated to produce the best possible outputs. We have effectively managed all our departments that are in line with the set industrial norms and standards. Tasks related to survey, research etc. to bring improvement in our processes and products quality take place in our special R&D wing. Further, our advanced manufacturing unit produces castings and automotive products in an outstanding way.

Some of our main facilities comprise:

Sand Plant

  • Dust collector and 60 bags filter systems
  • Magnetic separator to remove remaining iron particles from return sand
  • On-line sand testing preparation for manual procedure monitoring, and it is completed by determination of green sand strength permeability, compact ability and moisture.
  • Semi-automatic sand mixture for preparation of sand, with capacity 10 mt/hour for charging sand, coal dust & bentonite.
Moulding Line
  • Conventional moulding machine - Arpa 450
  • Automatic line with push & puller systems
  • Significant box sizes of 650*800*300 mm - 650*800*200/150 mm
  • Outstanding speed of moulding machine 40 boxes/hour
  • Casting potential: up to 85 kgs gross weight with a pattern draft of 0.6 degree and up to 6mm wall thickness.
Melting Unit
  • Induction Furnace
  • Induction furnace with two crucibles
  • Inductotherm Dual Track with 750 kgs medium frequency
  • Power sharing 650 kw dual track
  • Choice of having additional duplexing with cupola to achieve production rate of more tha 800 mt/month
Core Shop
  • Core can be prepared on core boxes of 2 - 3 parts.
  • No bake (two parts) & cold box core
  • Shot Blasting Facility
  • Hanger type shot blasting machine, 500 kgs with speed of 10 hooks / hour
  • Impellers to clean castings completely
Mould Cooling Line
  • Advanced equipment ensuring cooling of minimum 60 minutes before knock out
Machining Facility
  • CNC turning centre
  • Radial drilling machines
  • Conventional lathe machines
